Restricted to .mil or .gov, the Agency's main goal was to serve information and standards to services departments worldwide. It contained over 5000 pages of information. Much of this was converted from static HTML to dynamic pages allowing for increased coverage of the sites maintenance staff.

This site dynamic pages utilized ASP/VBScript and was hosted on a Microsoft NT Server with IIS Installed. Static pages were hosted on NT Server with O'Reily's WebSite Web Server.
